The sixth match between India and England* – which was slated to take place at the Nehru Stadium in Guwahati on November 29, 2008 – was cancelled following the terrorist attacks on Mumbai (which took place on November 26, 2008).
There was no toss.
As I mentioned in my blog titled
(Ind)Yeah, The Blues Rock, India had already swept the five-match series 5-0.
(*Note: It was originally a
seven-match series).
